Delivery companies have no knowledge of the contents of the package they carry.

Even if the delay is the responsibility of the delivery companies, we are always aware of these situations to try to minimize the possibility of them happening. If they do happen, we always try to solve them in the simplest and quickest way.

Shipments to non-EU countries (outside the European Union)
International orders, to countries outside the European Union, may be subject to import taxes, customs clearance fees and duties, which will be charged once the order reaches the destination country. In addition, storage fees and brokerage fees, imposed by the carriers, may also be charged. These charges are borne by the recipient. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount.
